Demonstations
  What Is It?
It is a live demonstation of various carvings and ganishes various recipes etc, done by Chef Devwrat in front of an audience in an auditorium . Large flat screens are placed strategically so that the audience can get a closer look of the process.

Duration

Anywhere between 1- 3 hours


Topics
Basic to advanced carvings, various recipes, Sushi demonstration, soups and salad demonstrations cookery demonstrations of Italian, Inadian ciontinetal and mexican cusine.


Audience capacity

Minimum 20 persons


Useful for

House wives, clubs, corporates, hotel management colleges, catering students and hospitality professional or anyone interested in this culinary art.

The Sakhi Manch event , Nagpur

In 2008, A 2 day Demonstration on fruit and vegetable carving took place in Nagpur  for an audience of 300 persons. It consisted of basic to advanced carvings along with garnishes. It  was organised in association withthe wellknown chef Vishnu Manohar.

The Pune workshop
the Pune workshop was held in 2007 for a group of 40 including house wives, college students and professionals .The group was provided with the tool kit and the materials needed to practise their learned skills . hands on training and monitoring was done by Chef devwrat . In the end on public demand Chef also did a demonstration on Sushi.

Chef Devwrat was a part of number of episodes for one of the most popular cookery show on Etv Marathi. there he demonstrated number of Mexican dishes , garnishes and traditional Indian dishes .He also demonstrated some carvings and garnishes. He also judged their cookery competition for women.

This year India was represented for the first time by a lone member Chef Devwrat Anand Jategaonkar, an executive chef at Radisson Blu, a five star property at Alibag district Raigad. He was sponsored by Mr.Vinay Phadnis, Chairman and managing director of Phadnis Infrastrucutre Pune and Radisson Blu resort & Spa Alibag.
