Method

1Devein prawns, slit it and make it flat using knife
2Marinate prawns with turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and tamarind water. Keep aside for some time.
3Make a batter using red chili paste, egg and Maida.
4Dip prawns in egg batter and crumb it using Rawa and rice flour mix.
5Deep fry prawns and serve with green chutney.
